Bankruptcy of citizens
Expenses for the procedure
In accordance with part 4 of Article 213.4 of the Bankruptcy Law, the debtor deposits funds on the deposit of the arbitration court to pay remuneration to the financial manager in the amount, equal to a fixed amount of the financial manager's remuneration for one procedure used in a citizen's bankruptcy case (according to Article 20.6 of the Bankruptcy Law, the amount of remuneration is 10,000 rubles at a time) Deposit account details.
At the request of a citizen, the court has the right to grant the citizen a deferment of depositing funds for the payment of remuneration to the financial manager until the date of the court session to consider the validity of the application for declaring the citizen bankrupt.
A citizen has the right to consent to the involvement of persons who ensure the fulfillment of the duties assigned to the financial manager. In this case, the application for declaring a citizen bankrupt must indicate the maximum amount of expenses incurred by the financial manager at the expense of the citizen to pay for the services of attracted persons.
The amount of these expenses is paid by the citizen to the deposit of the court. At the request of the citizen, the court has the right to grant the citizen a deferral of payment of this amount.
Article 20. 6. Remuneration of an arbitration manager in a bankruptcy case (introduced by Federal Law No. 296-FZ of December 30, 2008)
1. The insolvency practitioner has the right to remuneration in a bankruptcy case, as well as to reimbursement in full of the expenses actually incurred by him in the performance of his duties in a bankruptcy case.
2. Remuneration in a bankruptcy case shall be paid to an arbitration manager at the expense of the debtor, unless otherwise provided by this Federal Law.
3. The remuneration paid to an arbitration manager in a bankruptcy case consists of a fixed amount and an amount of interest.
The fixed amount of such remuneration is for:
- an interim manager - thirty thousand rubles a month;
- an administrative manager - fifteen thousand rubles a month;
- an external manager - forty-five thousand rubles a month ;
- bankruptcy trustee - thirty thousand rubles a month;
- financial manager - twenty-five thousand rubles at a time for carrying out the procedure used in a bankruptcy case.

According to the information of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation, currently only four arbitration institutions have the right to administer arbitration:

Arbitration Center at the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 798-r dated April 27, 2017),
Arbitration Center at a non-profit autonomous organization "Institute of Modern Arbitration" (Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated April 27, 2017 N 799-r).
Permanent arbitration institutions and arbitration courts that have not received the right to administer arbitration cannot carry out this activity.

The Arbitration Court of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) organizes video-conferencing for the applicant's participation in the court session in courtroom No. 401 during the working hours of the court according to the following schedule:
