Issuing copies of documents from court cases in the court’s archives to the persons participating in the case, their Representatives of are made upon their written application with the permission of the judge in the proceedings of which the case was held, or the chairman of the court (his deputy). The issuance of such copies from the court case by the archive specialist to other persons and organizations is carried out upon written request or application on the basis of a resolution of the chairman of the court (his deputy).

In pursuance of the requirements of the order of the chairman of the Novosibirsk regional court of March 27, 2017 No. 5 "On the personal reception of citizens" in order to ensure the availability of justice and the timely receipt of judicial information, the reception of citizens and representatives of legal entities (complaints, statements , obtaining general information about the activities of the court) is carried out in the reception room (office No. 122).
