Territorial jurisdiction of the Novorossiysk Garrison Military Court
According to the Federal Law of December 29, 2020 No. 466-FZ "On the Territorial Jurisdiction of Garrison Military Courts", the jurisdiction of the Novorossiysk Garrison Military Court extends to military units , institutions of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, other troops, military formations and bodies deployed in the territories of the cities of Anapa, Gelendzhik and Novorossiysk, Anapa, Crimean and Temryuk regions of the Krasnodar Territory.
