Checks the legality of the cassation instance judicial acts that have entered into legal force in cases considered by the arbitration courts of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation and the arbitration courts of appeal that are members of the Urals judicial district, are considering applications for awarding compensation for violation of the right to a judicial proceeding within a reasonable time or the right to execute a judicial act within a reasonable time (in cassation order), reviewing on newly discovered evidence taken by him and the judicial acts have entered into force, studies and summarizes judicial practice, develops proposals on improvement of laws and other normative legal acts, analyzes judicial statistics, and exercise other powers stipulated by the rules of arbitration courts.
