The Arbitration Court of the city of Sevastopol informs that familiarization with the materials of court cases that are in production or in the archive of the court is carried out upon a written application of the person having the right to familiarize with the materials of a particular court case (a representative of such a person, if there is a document confirming his authority).
According to article 41 of the APC: “Persons participating in the case have the right to get acquainted with the case materials, make extracts from them, and make copies.”
According to paragraph 12. 6 of the Instructions on record keeping in the arbitration courts of the Russian Federation (first, appeal and cassation instances) dated December 25, 2013 No. 100: “Persons admitted to familiarize themselves with the materials of the court case have the right to make extracts from them, use their own technical means to make copies of court case documents.

Familiarization with the materials of court cases is carried out in the court premises in the presence of a court employee during working hours, namely:

Pre-registration for familiarization with the materials of court cases is made:
- in working days, from 08:30 to 16:30,
- on Fridays and pre-holiday days - from 08:30 to 12:00.>- submitting an application for familiarization to the court office according to the work schedule,
- sending an application (petition) for familiarization to the postal address of the court or to the official e-mail address of the court,
- sending an application for familiarization using the information system "My Arbitrator".
Application for familiarization can be submitted after the acceptance of the statement of claim (application) to the proceedings of the Arbitration Court of the city of Sevastopol, but no later than 2 days before the court session.
The person who applied to the court is informed about the date and time of familiarization with the materials of the court case orally or in writing to his e-mail address (if any), or by the phone number indicated in the application.
In exceptional cases (for example, the arrival of a non-resident representative), familiarization with the materials of the court case, if possible, can be carried out on the day of the application.
