The attention of recoverers is drawn that from October 1, 2019, the issuance of a writ of execution is carried out at the request of the recoverer.
Writs of execution pursuant to judicial acts adopted by judges of the arbitration court are issued on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 15:00 to 15:00. until 17:00 in cab. 228 senior specialist of the 2nd category Trubitsyna Ulyana Sergeevna, senior specialist of the 3rd category Lavrentieva Svetlana Viktorovna. Writs of execution are not issued on Friday. Writs of execution in pursuance of judicial acts on the adoption of interim measures are issued daily during the working day.
Writs of execution are issued in order of priority.
Information on the procedure for issuing writ of execution can be obtained daily from 16:00. until 17:00 by phone: (3902) 299-513, (3902) 299-709. Specialists of the arbitration court do not notify claimants about the production of writ of execution and the need to obtain them. Information about the executed writ of execution is placed in the "Card file of arbitration cases". Specialists do not provide information on e-justice issues.

Basic information for a citizen applying to an arbitration court with an application for declaring himself bankrupt
A citizen is obliged to file an application for declaring him bankrupt no later than 30 working days from the day, when he knew or should have known:
1. That the satisfaction of the claims of one creditor or several creditors will lead to the inability of the citizen to fulfill monetary obligations and (or) the obligation to pay mandatory payments in full to other creditors.
2. The amount of such obligations and obligations in the aggregate is not less than 500 thousand rubles.
A citizen has the right to file an application for declaring him bankrupt:
1. In case of predicting bankruptcy in the presence of circumstances that clearly indicate that he is not able to fulfill monetary obligations and (or) the obligation to pay mandatory payments on time.
2. At the same time, the citizen meets the signs of insolvency and (or) signs of insufficiency of property.
Signs of insolvency of a citizen
- termination of payments in the amount of at least 500 thousand rubles if they are not fulfilled within 3 months from the date of their execution;
- failure to fulfill more than 10% of existing obligations within month;
- excess of debt over the value of the debtor's property;
- termination of enforcement proceedings due to lack of property.
An application for declaring a citizen insolvent (bankrupt) is submitted to the arbitration court at the place of residence of the citizen. When submitting an application, a state fee of 300 rubles is paid. The application shall indicate the name and address of the self-regulatory organization from among whose members the financial manager must be approved. Funds for the payment of remuneration to the financial manager in the amount of 25,000 rubles are deposited with the arbitration court.
