The deposit account of the arbitration court is opened to account for funds received for temporary disposal of the arbitration court.
Amounts are deposited on the deposit account by the persons participating in the case, in the order of counter security when the arbitration court considers applications for interim measures, as well as by the persons who filed a petition for the participation of an expert (experts) in the case or for calling witnesses to whom payment is made remuneration at the expense of funds credited to the deposit account.
The purpose of the payment must indicate what the payment is being made for and indicate the case number in full (for example, payment for an examination in case No. A38-1111/10).
The payment of funds credited to the deposit account is made on the basis of a judicial act adopted by the arbitration court.
