Familiarization with the materials of the persons participating in the case is carried out on the basis of a written application submitted to the arbitration court 2-3 days in advance.
Applications (petitions) for familiarization with cases are submitted by persons participating in the case to the Arbitration Court of the Jewish Autonomous Region to the office by phone/fax (42622) 2-37-98, (42622) 3-82-40, e-mail of the court , in person or on the website of the court in the Application for familiarization with the case materials section.
Applications submitted electronically must be in PDF format, black and white image, resolution 200 dpi.
