Personal reception of citizens and representatives of organizations in the Arbitration Court of the Belgorod Region is conducted by the leadership of the court on the organization of the activities of the court, complaints against the actions of judges and employees of the court apparatus, not related to the consideration of specific cases, appeals against judicial acts, and the implementation of procedural actions.
Personal reception of citizens and representatives of organizations is carried out by the chairman of the court, his deputies and the chief of staff - court administrator in courtroom No. 7 according to the following schedule:

Preliminary appointment for a personal appointment is made on working days , except Fridays and holidays, from 8-30 to 17-30, on Fridays and holidays - from 8-30 to 16-00 by calling the reception (4722) 32-51-72.
