The Moscow District Arbitration Court verifies judicial acts passed by the arbitration courts of the city of Moscow and the Moscow Region, as well as Ninth and Tenth Arbitration Court of Appeal.
The district arbitration court is the higher court in relation to the arbitration courts of appeal and the arbitration courts of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation operating in the territory of the respective judicial district, unless otherwise provided by law.
Organization of personal reception of citizens and representatives of organizations
Personal reception of citizens and representatives of organizations is carried out on the organization and maintenance of the activities of arbitration courts, as well as complaints on the actions of judges not related to the consideration of specific cases, as well as the appeal of judicial acts and procedural actions of judges.
Legal advice to employees of the Arbitration Court of the Moscow District is not given.
The personal reception of applicants on issues not related to the consideration of specific court cases is made by appointment in accordance with the reception schedule and the list of persons to be received.
