Personal reception by officials is carried out in order of priority by appointment. Reception of each visitor is taken into account in the corresponding journal.
The initial reception of visitors can be made by the administrator of the arbitration court, who, within the limits of his competence, independently resolves the issues raised or determines the procedure for their further consideration, including the need for subsequent personal reception of the applicant by the management of the arbitration court.
