Any complaint, a statement of claim must contain the applicant's last name, first name, middle name, full address for sending a response (zip code, city, street, house and apartment number), date and signature of the applicant.

During the reception, the issue of compliance of the submitted complaints, statements of claim and the package of judicial documents with the requirements of the procedural legislation is considered, and information on the activities of the Rostov Regional Court is also provided.

If the complaint (statement) is filed by a lawyer and signed by him personally, a warrant for criminal cases or a power of attorney for civil cases must be attached.

If the complaint was filed by several persons, it should indicate to which address the documents attached to the complaint should be sent.

If the statement of claim is signed by the representative and submitted personally by him, a duly certified power of attorney must be attached.
