Presidium of the court:

- considers cases of cassation against decisions of district courts and justices of the peace that have entered into legal force, appeals of a regional court, as well as cases of new or newly discovered circumstances;

- approves, on the proposal of the chairman of the regional court, the judicial composition of the judicial collegium for civil cases and the judicial collegium for criminal cases from among the judges of this court;

- annually submits at the proposal of the chairman of the regional court for approval by the Higher Qualification Collegium of Judges of the Russian Federation the composition (composition) of the judicial collegium (judicial collegium) of the judges of the regional court, making (making) the decision (s) on bringing the district judge to administrative responsibility court, arbitration court of appeal, arbitration court of first instance in the Tula region, as well as on other issues stipulated by the law of the Russian Federation on the status of judges in the Russian Federation Federation;
