RECEPTION OPERATING MODE FOR CITIZEN ADMISSION

Information on receiving citizens' appeals

For questions about the results of the consideration of cases and obtaining reference information, contact after 10-00 hours, as receptionists from 9-00 to 10-00 hours register citizens who have appeared in court meeting.

Reception is carried out in order of priority without prior appointment, according to the operating mode of the reception court department.

In the department of clerical work for receiving citizens' appeals, you can get any background information on legal issues (in particular, information on the motion and results of the consideration of cases and appeals of citizens and organizations; on the form of applications, complaints to be submitted to the regional court , and the list of documents attached to them; the procedure for appealing against judicial acts, on the procedure for paying state fees, etc.).

Registration of citizens begins at 9-00, and court hearings of these boards at 10-00.

Reception of citizens and representatives of legal entities, state authorities and local authorities, public associations on the organization of the court, as well as complaints about non-procedural actions (inaction) of judges or court staff along with the leaders (the chairman of the court, the deputy chairman of the court) of the court are carried out by their assistants or other employees of the court by oral order of the chairman of the court or his deputy in accordance with the approved schedule for the reception of citizens.

The complaint must be submitted in writing indicating specific facts on which an internal audit can be conducted.

Reception of complaints about decisions, rulings, decisions, sentences of justices of the peace, judges of district courts, judicial boards in civil and criminal cases, the presidium of the Kemerovo regional court is not conducted.
