Born on January 11, 1962 in the village. Bamut, Achkhoy-Martan district.
February 2, 2011 by decree of the President of the Russian Federation, was appointed Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Ingushetia.
On December 8, 2016, at the IX All-Russian Congress of Judges, he was elected a member of the Council of Judges of the Russian Federation and the Higher Examination Commission for the Admission of the Qualification Examination for the Position of Judge.
January 2, 2017 by Decree of the President of the Russian Federation No. 1, was re-appointed Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Ingushetia.
I. A. Fargiev is the author of over 160 scientific papers, including those published in German. Imiev M. B Born February 27, 1971 in the city of Grozny, Chechen-Ingush Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic.
