Reception of citizens on issues of the activities of the court of the Nenets Autonomous Okrug, Naryan-Mar City Court and justices of the peace of the Nenets Autonomous Okrug, except for matters directly related to court decisions, is made by the chairman of the court, deputy chairmen and heads of departments of the court of the Nenets Autonomous Okrug in court hours.
Complaints against decisions, sentences, judgments and other judicial decisions made by a court of the Nenets Autonomous Okrug, the Naryan-Mar City Court and magistrates of the Nenets Autonomous Okrug are filed in writing in the manner established by the Civil Procedure Code of the Russian Federation, The Code of Administrative Procedure of the Russian Federation, the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Russian Federation and the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation.
Judges of the court of the Nenets Autonomous Okrug do not accept citizens.
