The powers of the court
In accordance with Article 21 of the Federal Constitutional Law of December 31, 1996 N 1-FKZ "On the Judicial System of the Russian Federation", the district court, within its competence, considers cases as courts of first and second instance and exercise other powers provided for by federal constitutional law.
