Jurisdiction of activities
According to the federal law of December 29, 2020 N 466-FZ "On the territorial jurisdiction of garrison military courts", the jurisdiction of the Budennovsky garrison military court applies to military units, institutions of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, other troops, military formations and bodies deployed in the territories of the city of Budennovsk, Arzgirsky, Blagodarnensky, Budyonnovsky, Levokumsky, Neftekumsky and Novoselitsky districts of the Stavropol Territory.
Working hours of the Budyonnovsky garrison military court:
Monday - Thursday: from 8:45 to 18:00
Friday: from 8:45 to 16:45
Break: from 13:00 to 14.00
Days off: Saturday, Sunday
Reception of visitors by the President of the Court:
Tuesday, Thursday: from 9:00 to 17 :00
(reception of non-resident citizens is carried out on all working days during working hours)
Reception of documents is carried out by the Reception Court on all working days during working hours
