Chairman of the Alar District Court Rishat Uzbekovich Latypov, born in 1960, graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Bashkir State University named after M.V. 40th anniversary of the Komsomol. First appointed to the position of a judge in 1990, in 2001 by Decree of the President of the Russian Federation she was appointed a judge of the Alarsky District Court of the Ust-Orda Buryat Autonomous District for an unlimited term of office. The Alar District Court is a higher court in relation to the justices of the peace of the Alar District Courts No. 127 and 128, acting on the territory of the Alar District of the Irkutsk Region.
The Alar District Court considers as a court:
- First instance: all civil and criminal cases, with the exception of cases within the jurisdiction of higher courts and magistrates; cases of administrative offenses under the jurisdiction of district courts;
