By Order No. 11 of the Chairman of the Shilkinsky District Court of the Trans-Baikal Territory dated September 01, 2022, on the basis of the Decree of the Governor of the Trans-Baikal Territory dated August 26, 2022 No. 60 “On the introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Governor of the Trans-Baikal Territory on restrictive measures in the context of the spread of a new coronavirus infection (COVID-19) in the territory of the Trans-Baikal Territory "in order to prevent the spread of a new coronavirus infection, the following restrictive measures were introduced in the Trans-Baikal Territory Court:
1. When visiting the court and while on the premises of the court, citizens, persons participating in cases, must use personal respiratory protection equipment (masks, respirators), observe social distancing, and treat their hands with skin antiseptics when entering the court.
2. The clerical department, court reception to receive citizens, representatives of organizations, provided that they use personal respiratory protection equipment (masks, respirators) and observe social distancing.
