COVID-19
1. From October 21, 2020, the personal reception of citizens by the chairman of the Uletovsky District Court of the Trans-Baikal Territory, the reception and office of the court has been temporarily suspended.
2. The following procedure has been established for visiting the Uletovsky District Court of the Trans-Baikal Territory:

• admission to the court building of participants in the process, representatives of persons participating in the case, to be made no earlier than ten minutes before start of the trial. In order to avoid mass gatherings of people, prepare in advance the documents necessary for registration and presentation at the court session (passport, power of attorney, court ruling on the date and time of the court session, etc.);
• presence in the court buildings of persons non-participants in court proceedings on the relevant day, including representatives of the media, are not allowed. To comply with restrictive measures (including the requirement of social distancing) and minimize the risks of the spread of a new coronavirus infection COVID-19, recommend that persons participating in the case send no more than one representative to court hearings.

3. Recommend citizens and representatives of organizations to submit procedural documents in electronic form using the "Electronic Justice" service, which is posted on the main page of the official website of the court in the "Filing procedural documents in electronic form" section.
