The powers of the court
In accordance with Art. 34 of the Federal Constitutional Law of 07. 02. 2011 No. 1-FKZ “On Courts of General Jurisdiction in the Russian Federation”, art. 21 of the Federal Constitutional Law of 31. 12. 1996 No. 1-FKZ “On the Judicial System of the Russian Federation”, District Court:
