Personal reception of citizens
In accordance with the Federal Law of May 02, 2006 No. 59-FZ "On the procedure for considering applications from citizens of the Russian Federation", in order to ensure the rights and legitimate interests of citizens, the following schedule for the personal reception of citizens by the chairman of the court:

Personal reception is carried out on a first-come, first-served basis.
In accordance with Article 13 of the Federal Law "On the Procedure for Considering Appeals from Citizens of the Russian Federation", Heroes of the Soviet Union, Heroes of the Russian Federation, full holders of the Order of Glory, members of the Federation Council, and deputies of the State Duma have the right to a personal reception as a matter of priority.

COVID-19
Only participants in court hearings, as well as other persons admitted by the judge to participate in the case, are allowed into the building of the Zarinsky City Court.
All participants in court hearings and persons admitted to participate in the case must:
- use personal respiratory protection equipment: disposable (reusable) face masks to protect the respiratory tract, respirators, do not remove them until the moment you leave the court building and ensure a social distance of at least 1.5 meters;
- when passing the control zone, immediately measure the temperature in the court reception with a non-contact thermometer;
- if body temperature is detected above 37 degrees, as well as if there are signs of a respiratory disease (runny nose, cough) immediately leave the court building;
- in case of normal temperature, treat hands with an antiseptic agent located in the court foyer, or a personal remedy of a similar effect.
In the absence of personal respiratory protection equipment, or refusal to use them, citizens, representatives of organizations cannot be admitted to the court building.
From October 9, 2020, the acceptance of documents through the reception of the Zarinsky City Court, as well as the personal reception of citizens by the chairman of the court, has been suspended.
