COVID-19
A number of restrictions are being introduced in the work of the Aleksandrovsky District Court, by virtue of which the personal reception of citizens is suspended and the access of participants in the process to the court building is limited.
Information about the work of the court and about all court sessions will be reported to the participants of the process additionally.
Submission of procedural documents (statements of claim, motions, other documents, appeals, private and cassation complaints, applications for the issuance of judicial acts and familiarization with the case materials) is possible electronically or by post.
Submission of appeals addressed to the chairman of the court is possible by sending an electronic appeal through the website of the court (section "Citizens' Appeals") or by mail.
In accordance with the order of the Chairman of the Aleksandrovsky District Court of the Stavropol Territory No. 19 dated September 14, 2021 “In order to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection (COVID-2019), ensure safe working conditions, safety of life and health of judges and employees of the apparatus of the Aleksandrovsky District Court of the Stavropol Territory, as well as its visitors, visitors to the Aleksandrovsky District Court of the Stavropol Territory, including participants in legal proceedings, while in the court building must use personal respiratory protection (masks, respirators) and hands (gloves).
Personal reception of citizens by the chairman of the court has been suspended since January 25, 2022.
Persons who do not comply with these requirements will not be allowed into the court building.
Reception and issuance of documents is recommended to be carried out by postal service and via e-mail of the Aleksandrovsky District Court of the Stavropol Territory.
Participants in court hearings are admitted to the court building only at the appointed time and for the period of consideration of the case, after non-contact body temperature control carried out by bailiffs, mandatory hand sanitizing and personal protective equipment (masks, respirators, gloves).
It is forbidden to enter the courthouse if you have symptoms of coronavirus infection (COVID-19) and acute respiratory viral disease.
Participants in court sessions with a body temperature of 37 degrees Celsius and above or refusal to control body temperature are not allowed into the courthouse.
Access to the court of persons who are not participants in trials is limited, with the exception of representatives of the media.
It is obligatory to wear masks in the courthouse. Participants in court sessions provide themselves with masks.
In the court building, it is mandatory to maintain a social distance of 1.5 - 2.0 meters.
Aleksandrovsky District Court of the Stavropol Territory recommends sending documents to the court by post or by filling out forms posted on the court's official website on the Internet information and telecommunications network.
All cases scheduled for consideration at a court session from January 25, 2022 are considered if the court has information about the proper notification of the participants in the process and the absence of their petitions to postpone the consideration of the case for another period for a good reason, including due to with the isolation regime in order to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection.
The court may decide to consider the case through videoconferencing.
