The following mode of operation remains:
- personal reception of citizens has been suspended, as well as the acceptance of documents from citizens and organizations in the court building and the issuance of documents;
- limited access to the court building of citizens, who are not participants in the process, with the exception of representatives of the media; contactless control of body temperature;
- visitors, participants in court sessions with a body temperature of 37 degrees Celsius and above or refusal to control body temperature are not allowed into the court building;
- admission of participants in court sessions to the court building is carried out in 20 minutes before the appointed time no court session and for the period of consideration of the case, after the obligatory treatment of hands with an antiseptic and contactless body temperature control carried out by bailiffs;
In order to expedite the admission of participants in legal proceedings to the court building, they are asked to carry a court notice of the hearing of the case in the Caspian City Court. It is recommended that persons participating in cases take part in court sessions using videoconferencing and webconferencing systems, which must be filed with the court in advance. Information on the progress and results of the consideration of cases is provided by telephone, or on the official website of the Caspian City Court in the "Courtwork" section.
Procedural and non-procedural applications and complaints are submitted by mail, facsimile or electronically through the official mail of the Caspian City Court of the Republic (only for non-procedural applications and complaints), or through the Electronic Justice service - ej. sudrf. ru (for procedural documents). To gain access to the "Electronic Justice" service, you must log in to the portal using your ESIA account (Unified Identification and Authentication System). Copies of court decisions and other documents are sent to the Caspian City Court by post. The specified mode of operation of the court will be valid until the lifting of restrictive measures. If you are a participant in the process, but have limited mobility and find it difficult to climb the stairs to the second floor, please inform us in advance by phone , specified in the subpoena or letter, for the preparation and conduct of the trial in the courtroom located on the first floor of the court building and for the issuance of judicial acts.
