The following working hours have been established:
- personal reception of citizens and express acceptance of documents are suspended;

We recommend that persons participating in the case, located in other constituent entities of the Russian Federation, take part in court hearings using videoconferencing systems, and file petitions with the court in advance.
Personal participation in court sessions does not provide any benefits and advantages compared to participation in court sessions via videoconferencing systems. The possibility of considering cases remotely is an additional guarantee aimed at realizing the right of citizens to communicate their position regarding pending applications (complaints) in court.
Submission of procedural documents is possible remotely via postal service or through the section of the official website of the court "Submission of procedural documents in electronic form" by filling out the form "Appeals", "Submit an appeal" (for procedural documents). To gain access to this service, you must log in using an enhanced electronic digital signature or an ESIA account (Unified Identification and Authentication System).
Submission of other appeals can be carried out using the postal service or e-mail of the court (,).
Important! Court e-mail cannot be used to file procedural documents.
