COVID-19
From July 30, 2021, the personal reception of citizens, the acceptance of documents on purpose and their issuance in the building of the Adyge-Khablsky District Court of the Karachay-Cherkess Republic are limited.
Reception and issuance of documents is recommended to be carried out by postal service and via e-mail of the Adyge-Khablsky District Court of the Karachay-Cherkess Republic.
Participants in court hearings are admitted to the court building only at the appointed time and for the period of consideration of the case, after non-contact body temperature control carried out by bailiffs, mandatory hand sanitizing and personal protective equipment (masks, respirators, gloves).
It is forbidden to enter the courthouse if you have symptoms of coronavirus (COVID-19) and acute respiratory viral disease.
Participants in court sessions with a body temperature of 37 degrees Celsius and above or refusal to control body temperature are not allowed into the courthouse.
Access to the court of persons who are not participants in trials is limited, with the exception of representatives of the media.
It is obligatory to wear masks in the courthouse. Participants in court sessions provide themselves with masks.
In the courthouse, it is mandatory to maintain a social distance of 1.5 - 2.0 meters.
Adyge-Khablsky District Court of the Karachay-Cherkess Republic recommends sending documents to the court by post or by filling out forms posted on the court's official website in the Internet information and telecommunication network.
Case scheduled for consideration in a court session is considered if the court has information about the proper notification of the participants in the process and the absence of their petitions to postpone the consideration of the case for another period for a good reason, including in connection with the isolation regime in order to prevent spread of coronavirus infection (COVID-19).

The Adyge-Khablsky District Court of the Karachay-Cherkess Republic, in accordance with the law, is a federal court of general jurisdiction. It is directly superior to the magistrate of the court district located on the territory of the Adyge-Khablsky district, and subordinate to the Supreme Court of the Karachay-Cherkess Republic and the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation.

SMS notification of the place , date and time of the court session
Notification of participants in legal proceedings via SMS notifications is possible if two mandatory conditions are met:
- consent of a participant in legal proceedings to be notified via SMS notifications;
- fixing the fact of sending delivery of SMS opinion to a participant in legal proceedings.
SMS notification is carried out only with the consent of the persons participating in the case, their representatives, that is, on a voluntary basis. Consent, as well as the mobile phone number to which the SMS notification will be sent, is clarified when submitting a statement of claim (statement) through the court reception, at the first or subsequent appearance at the court session. On the consent to receive SMS notifications to the mobile phone number, the persons to be summoned to the court session are required to select a receipt, which is attached to the case file.
