Decrees of the President on the empowerment of judges of the Cherek district court
Based on the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation dated 03.08.2018 No. 467, Aslan Khasanovich Berezgov was appointed chairman of the Chereksky District Court.

Based on the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation dated 21.11.2013 No. 858, Gubzhokov Khauti Borisovich was appointed to the position of a judge of the Chereksky District Court, without limiting the term of office.

On the basis of the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation dated 01.12.2008 No. 1677, Chochuev Khyzyr Kemalovich was appointed to the position of a judge of the Chereksky District Court, without limiting the term of office.

Powers of the Chereksky District Court of the KBR
The Chereksky District Court of the KBR is a directly higher court in relation to the justices of the peace of court sections No. 1 and No. 2 of the Chereksky District of the KBR. .
The Chereksky District Court considers as a court:
- First instance: all civil and criminal cases, except for cases within the jurisdiction of higher courts and justices of the peace; cases of administrative offenses under the jurisdiction of district courts;
- Second instance: civil and criminal cases on appeals and submissions against decisions of justices of the peace that have not entered into force, as well as cases of administrative offenses on complaints against decisions of justices of the peace and administrative organs.

Materials of pre-trial proceedings: on the choice of a preventive measure in the form of detention, on the extension of the period of detention, on permission to conduct a search in the dwelling, as well as verification of the legality of the searches conducted in the dwelling, in cases of urgency.
- Placement of minors in temporary detention centers for minors in cases established by law.
