Personal reception of citizens by the chairman, deputy chairmen and judges of the Petrozavodsk City Court of the Republic of Karelia is not conducted, since in accordance with the Federal Constitutional Law of February 7, 2011 No. 1-FKZ "On courts of general jurisdiction in the Russian Federation" the implementation of the reception of citizens is attributed to the functions of the court apparatus (clause 12, part 1 of article 39).
Reception of citizens, their representatives, representatives of organizations and institutions in the Petrozavodsk City Court of the Republic of Karelia is carried out within the competence of the court staff during working hours.
In exceptional cases, upon a written request (or an appeal in electronic form) containing the essence of the issue of interest, a personal reception of citizens by the deputy chairmen of the court is possible only on organizational issues of the work of the court.
COVID-19
On the work of the Petrozavodsk City Court of the Republic of Karelia from October 25, 2021
Visitors are required at the entrance to the courthouse undergo contactless monitoring of body temperature, it is mandatory to use personal protective equipment (masks). Acquaintance with the materials of the cases is carried out according to written applications on an individual basis by prior agreement of the date and time of acquaintance.
Upon completion of the court session, familiarization with the case materials, visitors must immediately leave the building and the territory of the court.
Violation of sanitary and epidemiological rules by a visitor to the court, including those established by the legal regime of high alert, is the basis for terminating his presence in the courthouse.
