COVID-19

From December 1 to December 31, 2021, the activity of the court on working days days is carried out in full. The cases are scheduled for consideration at the appointed dates, information about which is posted on the court's website.
In connection with a significant increase in the incidence of new coronavirus infection (COVID-19) in the Pskov region and the need to comply with restrictive sanitary and epidemiological measures, the following procedure for admission to the building of the Sebezh District Court has been established:
- personal reception of citizens by the chairman of the court has been suspended , reception court;
- restricted access to the court building for persons who are not participants in the proceedings;
- admission and presence of participants in court proceedings, as well as court employees, into the court building, is carried out only if they have and use personal protective equipment respiration (masks, respirators) and after measuring body temperature.
Visitors and employees are not allowed to the court at temperatures of 37 degrees and above, as well as in case of refusal to measure the temperature, signs of respiratory diseases, without personal respiratory protection.
When they are in the courthouse, persons participating in trials must follow the rules of social distancing - at least 1.5 meters between citizens. Taking into account the need to maintain social distance, in order to prevent crowding of people at the entrance to the court building, we ask the participants in the court proceedings to arrive at the court in advance, but not earlier than 15 minutes before the start of the court session.
