Working hours of the Ostrovsky city court from December 01, 2021 to January 31, 2022

From December 01, 2021 to January 31, 2022, the activities of the court on weekdays are carried out in full. The cases are scheduled for consideration at the appointed dates, information about which is posted on the court's website.
In connection with the continuation of the pandemic caused by a new coronavirus infection (COVID-19) in the Pskov region and the need to comply with restrictive sanitary and epidemiological measures established by the Decree of the Governor of the Pskov region dated March 15, 2020 No. 30-UG (ed. of November 26, 2021 No. 177-UG) the following procedure for admission to the building of the Ostrovsky City Court has been established:
- personal reception of citizens has been suspended;
- access to the court building for persons who are not participants in the proceedings is restricted;
- admission and the presence in the court building of the participants in the proceedings, as well as of the court staff, is carried out only if they have and use personal respiratory protection equipment (masks, respirators) and after measuring the body temperature.
Visitors and employees are not allowed to the court at temperatures of 37 degrees and above, as well as in case of refusal to measure the temperature, signs of respiratory diseases, without personal respiratory protection.
When they are in the courthouse, persons participating in trials must follow the rules of social distancing - at least 1.5 meters between citizens. Taking into account the need to maintain social distance, in order to prevent crowding of people at the entrance to the court building, we ask the participants in the court proceedings to arrive at the court in advance, but not earlier than 15 minutes before the start of the court session.
