1. Reception of citizens and representatives of legal entities on the organization of the activities of the Kovdorsky District Court, complaints about actions (inaction) of judges or employees of the court apparatus not related to the consideration of specific cases, appeals against judicial acts and procedural actions of judges is conducted by the chairman of the court: and the third Wednesday of the month from 15-00 o'clock. until 17-00 o'clock

President of the Court: PAK Svetlana Borisovna. Has been working in the justice system since 01.09.1988. She began her career in the military tribunal of the Tashkent garrison as a secretary of the court session (01.09.1988-25.05.1990), in the military tribunal of the Turkestan military district - an archivist, secretary of the court session, senior bailiff (04.09. 1990-03. 08. 1994), at the Island Garrison Military Court - Legal Advisor, Leading Specialist (04.08. 1994-22.08.2001), State Notary of ZATO Ostrovnaya (1994-1999). From 28.08.2001 she served as a judge of the Monchegorsk city court of the Murmansk region, from 25.10.2005 to 03.04.2017 - the deputy chairman of the Monchegorsk city court of the Murmansk region. By the decision of the qualification collegium of judges of the Murmansk region dated 17.02.2017, the 5th qualification class of a judge was awarded. In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of 23.02.2017 No. 90 "On the appointment of judges of federal courts and on the representatives of the President of the Russian Federation in the qualification collegiums of judges of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation" was appointed chairman of the Kovdor district court. She took up duties on April 04, 2017.
