Reception of citizens is carried out daily by employees of the court apparatus during of all working hours in the reception area of ​​the court, located on the first floor of the building (office No. 1).
Familiarization of participants in legal proceedings with materials, civil, administrative, criminal cases, cases of administrative offenses and other cases is carried out daily in the premises of the reception court located on the first floor of the building (office No. 1), during working hours and is terminated in an hour before the end of the working hours of the court.

On pre-holiday days, the working day is reduced by 1 hour.

Competence of the District Court

1. The District Court considers all criminal and civil cases as a court of first instance, with the exception of cases assigned by law to the jurisdiction of other courts.
2. In the cases established by law, the district court hears cases of administrative offenses.
3. A district court has the right, on the basis of part 4 of Article 125 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, to apply to the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation with a request on the constitutionality of a law applied or to be applied in a specific case.
4. The District Court hears appeals (submissions) against decisions of justices of the peace acting in the territory of the respective judicial region.
5. The district court, in accordance with federal law, considers cases on new or newly discovered circumstances.

The procedure for notifying participants in civil, administrative and criminal proceedings about the place, date and time of consideration of the case in court

Notification of participants in the proceedings is allowed, including including by means of an SMS message if they agree to be notified in this way and when the fact of sending and delivering an SMS notification to the addressee is recorded. The fact of consent to receive an SMS notification is confirmed by a receipt, in which, along with the information about the participant in the proceedings and his consent to the notification in a similar way, the mobile phone number to which it is sent is indicated.
Sending an SMS notification does not exclude the possibility of sending information (summons) on paper.
If the SMS notification was not delivered to the subscriber after two attempts to re-send, then the notification or summons to the court to the participant in the proceedings are sent by a court summons with acknowledgment of delivery.
SMS-notification is not sent if the participant of the court sessions needs to send documents or materials. In this case, notification or summons to the court takes place in the usual manner by sending a summons along with a set of documents by registered mail.
Responsible persons for sending SMS notifications are court employees who notify the participants in the process.
