To speed up the procedure for obtaining writ of execution, as well as copies that have entered into legal force judicial acts in civil, administrative and criminal cases, it is proposed to send a preliminary request for extradition to the court's e-mail address, indicating information about the case in which the application was submitted for the production of a writ of execution and/or a copy of the judicial act, as well as data on the person who applied with such application.
Copies of judicial acts and writs of execution, made on request, are issued at office hours of the departments for ensuring legal proceedings in offices No. 112 and No. 107.
