Issuance of copies of court documents

Issuance of writs of execution, copies of judicial acts is carried out at the Reception of the Kirishi City Court (office No. 15) on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 17:00.
The court does not produce and provide copies of documents from the case, which are not judicial acts. A participant in the process can obtain copies of such documents by making them with his own efforts and means, including with the help of his own technical means.

Mandatory conditions for notification by SMS

By means of SMS messages, participants in the proceedings can be notified of the date, place and time of the court session or the performance of certain procedural actions in the framework of civil, criminal and administrative proceedings.
Notification of the participants in the proceedings by means of SMS messages is allowed only if the following two conditions are met:
- the consent of the participant in the proceedings to notify him by means of SMS messages;
- fixing the fact of sending and delivery of the SMS notification to the participant in the proceedings.
SMS notifications are sent to the participants in the proceedings so that these persons have sufficient time to prepare for the case and appear in court on time.
The fact of consent to receive an SMS notification is confirmed by a receipt, in which, along with the information about the participant in the proceedings and his consent to the notification in a similar way, the mobile phone number to which it is sent is indicated.
Receipt of consent to notification by SMS with a mobile phone number is selected when submitting an application to the court, at the first appearance at the court session, when preparing the case for the court session, etc.
Receipt confirming the fact of consent a participant in the proceedings to be notified of the place, date and time of the court session by means of SMS messages, attached by the court and filed into the court case by the relevant employee of the court apparatus.
The court obligatorily ensures the fixation of the facts of sending and delivery to the addressee of an SMS message with notification of the place, date and time of the court session.
The fact of sending and delivering an SMS notification is confirmed by the detailing of the SMS notification (information about the date and time of sending the SMS message, the text of the sent SMS message, the date and time of delivery of the SMS message to the participant in the proceedings), which is printed on paper and joins the case file.
An SMS message is not sent if the participant in the proceedings needs to send documents or materials. In this case, notification or summons to the court takes place in the usual manner by sending a summons along with a set of documents by registered mail.
If the SMS notification was not delivered to the subscriber after two attempts to re-send, then the notification or summons to the court to the participant in the court sessions are sent by a summons with a receipt acknowledgment.
