2. The issuance of copies of court decisions in civil cases of the current year, the issuance of civil cases of the current year for review is carried out by the employees of the Department for Provision of Legal Proceedings in Civil Cases.

3. Reception of appeals in criminal cases, complaints filed under the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Russian Federation, materials on administrative offenses, complaints against decisions of non-judicial bodies issued under the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, receipt of comments on court records, issuance of criminal and administrative cases of the current year for review, is carried out by employees of the Department ensuring legal proceedings in criminal cases from MONDAY to THURSDAY, except weekends and holidays and a lunch break from 13:00 to 14:00.
4. Familiarization with the cases of the current year is carried out in a specially equipped room on the second floor of the courthouse. (premises of the Department of Proceedings in Criminal Cases).
5. The submission of applications for the issuance of archival files for review, as well as for the issuance of copies of court decisions from the cases, is carried out from MONDAY to THURSDAY in the Court Archive from 10:00 to 18:00, except weekends and holidays and a lunch break from 13:00 to 14. 00.
Issuance of copies of court rulings from cases in the archive is carried out upon a preliminary application, within no more than 30 working days from the date of submission of the application by the employees of the Court Archive:

6. The chairman of the court does not receive representatives of organizations, citizens and their representatives who are participants in criminal, civil and administrative proceedings on issues to be considered in the manner prescribed by the procedural legislation of the Russian Federation, which include: issues of disagreement with judicial acts issued by judges; disagreement with the content of the minutes of court sessions; questions on applications for recusal of judges; questions regarding applications for the restoration of procedural terms; issues on speeding up the consideration of cases; issues on consideration by judges of petitions filed during the court session and other issues subject to consideration in the procedural order established by law.
7. Extra-procedural appeal to the chairman of the court is not allowed in cases that are in the proceedings of the court.
A non-procedural appeal is understood as a written or oral appeal of a state body, local self-government body, other body, organization, official or citizen in cases not provided for the legislation of the Russian Federation, or an appeal in a form not provided for by procedural legislation of the participants in the proceedings.
8. The president of the court does not have a personal reception. On issues of a non-procedural nature, which include questions on the organization of the work of the court, applications, appeals or complaints of citizens, their representatives and representatives of organizations addressed to the president of the court are submitted to the court's reception room, located on the first floor of the main court building.

Powers of the District Court

The District Court is in the Russian Federation an organ of the Federal judicial power, which is part of the system of courts of general jurisdiction and occupies the position of the "second" tier of this system (above the justices of the peace, but below the courts of the level of a constituent entity of the Russian Federation and the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation).
