Electronic court notice

In order to quickly and efficiently notify the participants of the trial about the court hearings, the Nyuksensky District Court of the Vologda Region is sending SMS notifications through the PS GAS "Justice".
When sending CMC notifications, two mandatory conditions must be met:
- consent of the participant in court sessions to notify him via CMC;
- recording the fact of sending and delivery of SMS notifications to the participant in court sessions.
CMC-notification is carried out only with the consent of the participant in the court hearings, that is, on a voluntary basis. Consent, as well as the mobile phone number to which the CMC message will be sent, is found out:
- from the plaintiff - when filing a statement of claim through the reception office of the court;
- from the plaintiff who sent the statement of claim by mail, defendants and other persons - at the first appearance at the court session (during the conversation, during the preparation of the case).
On consent to receive CMC notices, a receipt is taken from the participants of the court sessions, which is filed into the case file by the relevant employee of the court apparatus.
To record a court notice or a summons and deliver it to the addressee, details of each SMS notification (information about the date and time of sending the CMC message, the text of the sent CMC message, the date and time of delivery of the CMC message to the participant in the court hearings) is printed and attached to case materials.
CMC-message is not sent if the participant of the court hearings needs to send documents or materials. In this case, notification or summons to the court takes place in the usual manner by sending a summons along with a set of documents by registered mail.
If the SMS notification was not delivered to the subscriber after two attempts to re-send, then the notification or summons to the court to the participant in the court sessions are sent by a summons with a receipt acknowledgment.
In case of changing the phone number, as well as in case of unclear content of the SMS-notification, you must call back to the Nyuksenskiy district court at number 2 82 03 in order to clarify the content of the received message.
