2. The procedure for transferring funds from a deposit account
Transfer of funds from a deposit account is carried out by the financial and economic department of the Office only on the basis of a judicial act that has entered into legal force, containing an indication in the operative part of the payment of funds to the pledger, persons participating in the case, other participants in the proceedings or authorized persons at the expense of funds received at the temporary disposal of the Department, or on the return of funds to the payer.
Payment (return) of funds is carried out by the financial and economic department of the Office to the current personal (settlement) account of the recipient at his request with a copy of the passport and bank details.
