SMS notifications of participants in court sessions

SMS notifications of the Mirny city court are carried out only with the consent of the participant in the process, that is, on a voluntary basis. The consent, as well as the mobile phone number to which the SMS message will be sent, is found out from the plaintiff, the private prosecutor - when submitting an application to the court; from other participants in criminal, civil and administrative proceedings - when appearing at a court session (or during a conversation, when preparing a case).
