The territorial jurisdiction of the Yadrinsky District Court of the Chuvash Republic-Chuvashia
The territorial jurisdiction of the Yadrinsky District Court is determined on the basis of the Federal Constitutional Law of 07 . 02. 2011 No. 1-FZK "On courts of general jurisdiction in the Russian Federation" in accordance with the Law of the Chuvash Republic of 24.11.2004 No. 37 "On the establishment of the boundaries of municipalities of the Chuvash Republic and endowing them with the status of an urban, rural settlement, municipal district and urban district ".
In accordance with Federal Law dated 05. 04. 2010 No. 49-FZ "On the abolition of some district courts of the Chuvash Republic - Chuvashia", the jurisdiction of the Yadrinsky district court of the Chuvash Republic extends to the territory of the Yadrinsky and Krasnochetaysky districts of the Chuvash Republic.
