Reception of citizens is conducted by an assistant judge without prior appointment in order of priority. Upon admission, a citizen presents an identity document.
Employees of the Reception Office carry out:
- acceptance of documents directly brought by citizens to the court, with the exception of applications, petitions for postponement, as well as other documents submitted on the day of consideration of the case.
Reception staff have no right to provide anyone with the following information:
- about the phone numbers of the heads and judges of this court and other courts;
- the names of the judges participating in the consideration of the case (appeal), before the start consideration of a case (appeal);
- information constituting an official, commercial secret and other secrets protected by law, as well as other information not subject to dissemination that became known to them in connection with the performance of official duties.
Employees of the Reception Office have no right to provide legal assistance to persons who have applied to the court, except for providing information on the issues of processing applications filed with the court, the procedure for submitting them, the procedure for receiving a response or requested documents.
