Organization of videoconferences

In order to ensure videoconferences with the participation of institutions of the judicial system of the Russian Federation, as well as with the participation of institutions of the Federal Penitentiary Service Russia, courtroom No. 2 of the Zainsk City Court of the Republic of Tatarstan is equipped with a video conference system based on the Polycom QDX 6000 codec (ip-address 10. 16. 86. 52). The organization of videoconferences is carried out in accordance with the Regulations for organizing the use of videoconferencing in federal courts of general jurisdiction, approved by the Order of the Judicial Department at the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation dated 28.12.2015 No. 401. In order to determine the exact time of the videoconference, taking into account the time zone, it is reported that the Zainsk City Court of the Republic of Tatarstan is located in the GMT + 3 time zone (Moscow time zone). Notification of the participants in the proceedings by sending SMS messages

Zainsk City Court of the Republic of Tatarstan sends appropriate court notices (summons) about the time and place of the court session through the use of short message service (SMS) provided by mobile operators. Sending court notices about the time and place of the court session by means of SMS messages is carried out in accordance with the Regulations for organizing notification of participants in legal proceedings by SMS messages and is free for all notified persons. Notification of a participant in legal proceedings via SMS is carried out only with his consent, that is, on a voluntary basis. If the participant in the proceedings agrees to notify the time and place of the court session via SMS, the corresponding receipt is taken from the indicated participant in the proceedings.
In order to receive timely information about the time and place of the court session, we strongly recommend that you take the opportunity to receive a court notice via SMS. You can fill in the corresponding form of the receipt of consent to receive a judicial notice by SMS-message at the Reception Court when applying to the court, as well as directly during the entire period of consideration of the case in court; in addition, it is possible to independently produce the specified form of receipt by using a personal computer and a printing device, after which the specified form of receipt is filled out and submitted to the court (filing is possible through the use of postal services).
