As a court of first instance, the district court hears all civil and criminal cases, with the exception of cases within the jurisdiction of higher courts and justices of the peace, as well as administrative cases within the jurisdiction of district courts, cases of reinstatement at work. Amount of state duty from 01 January 2021

The changes are due to the provisions of the Federal Law dated 27.12.2019 No. 479-FZ "On Amendments to the Budget Code of the Russian Federation in terms of treasury servicing of the treasury payment system" that come into force in 2021.
