Ruzaevsky's archive the district court of the Republic of Mordovia accepts, records and stores documents generated in the course of its activities; selects, prepares and transfers documents for storage to state archives; selects documents to be destroyed due to the expiration of their storage period; issues archival references based on the data available in the documents of the archive.
The activities of the archive of the Ruzaevsky District Court of the Republic of Mordovia are carried out in accordance with the requirements of the Instruction on Judicial Proceedings in the District Court, approved by order of the Judicial Department at the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation dated April 29, 2003 No. 36; Instruction on the procedure for the selection of documents for storage in the archives of federal courts of general jurisdiction, their acquisition, accounting and use, approved by order of the Judicial Department at the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation of December 28, 2005 No. 157.

Reception hours: from Monday to Thursday from 08.30 to 17.30, on Friday - 08.30 to 16.15 (lunch break from 12.30 to 13.15 ). Weekends are Saturday and Sunday.
Reception is carried out on a first come, first served basis. Citizens who have benefits and advantages established by current legislation, as well as pregnant women and visitors with young children, are accepted out of turn.
