Personal reception by the chairman and judges of the Morkinsky District Court of the Republic of Mari El is not conducted, since in accordance with paragraph 12 of Article 39 of the Federal Constitutional Law of February 7, 2011 No. 1-FKZ "On Courts of General Jurisdiction in the Russian Federation", the reception of citizens is attributed to the functions the staff of the court of general jurisdiction.

SMS notification notifications
Notification of the participants in the trial by means of an SMS message is carried out in case of their consent to the notification in this way and when the fact of sending and delivery of an SMS notification to the addressee is recorded. The fact of consent to receive an SMS notification is confirmed by a receipt, in which, along with the information about the participant in the proceedings and his consent to notification in a similar way, the mobile phone number to which the SMS notification is sent is indicated.
The system being implemented for the delivery of SMS notifications to court participants is quite reliable - SMS notifications are transmitted using a special Internet resource that records the fact of sending and delivering a message and are delivered to the recipient within 5-10 minutes. If the SMS notification was not delivered to the subscriber after two attempts to re-send, then the notification or summons to the court to the participant in the court sessions is sent by a summons with a receipt acknowledgment.
