Consideration of appeals on the organization of the activities of the court, complaints against actions (inaction) of judges and court staff not related to the consideration of specific cases, is carried out by the chairman of the district court in accordance with the requirements of the Federal Law of May 2, 2006 No. 59-FZ " On the procedure for considering appeals of citizens of the Russian Federation ":
