Вносится изменение в распорядок работы Дюртюлинского районного суда РБ:
1. Вход в здание суда допускаются только участники судопроизводства с подтверждающими документами (паспорт, извещение).
2. Участникам судебного процесса необходимо прибыть в суд своевременно, но не ранее чем за 10 минут до начала судебного заседания.
3. При входе в здание суда участникам процесса требуется находиться в средствах индивидуальной защиты, которыми обеспечивают себя самостоятельно. При температуре 37,0 и выше, а также в случае отсутствия медицинских масок, участники судебных заседаний в здание суда допускаться не будут.
4. Личный прием граждан временно приостанавливается (прием исковых заявлений, жалоб и прочих процессуальных документов).
5. Рекомендуется направлять в суд документы, жалобы и заявления по почте России, по факсимильной связи или в электронном виде. Таким же образом будут предоставлены копии судебных актов и других документов.
6. Информацию о ходе и результатах рассмотрения дел рекомендуется запрашивать посредством телефонной связи, либо на официальном сайте Дюртюлинского районного суда РБ в разделе «Судебное делопроизводство».
7. Для ознакомления с делом рекомендуется производить по предварительной записи с интервалом на изучение до 45 минут и соблюдением вышеуказанных санитарных требований.
