The powers of the city court
According to Article 4 of the Federal Constitutional Law of 07. 02. 2011 N 1-FKZ "On Courts of General Jurisdiction in the Russian Federation":
1. Courts of general jurisdiction administer justice by resolving disputes and considering cases within their competence through civil, administrative and criminal proceedings.

Juvenile justice in the Chusovoy city court
From the second half of 2008 in the city of Perm Chusovoy of the Perm Territory is carrying out experimental work on the implementation of the regional project "Introduction of elements of juvenile justice into the activities of the subjects of the juvenile delinquency prevention system", developed by the Department of Human Development of the Perm Territory. The aim of the project is to reduce recurrent crimes, offenses and socially dangerous acts committed by minors.
In the Chusovoy city court, in order to carry out this work, the persons responsible for the implementation of the Project have been determined:

Notification of participants in legal proceedings via SMS-messages
Participants in legal proceedings can be notified of the place, date and time of the court session or certain procedural actions within the framework of civil, criminal and administrative proceedings via SMS messages.
SMS-notification is carried out only with the consent of the participant in the proceedings, that is, on a voluntary basis. The fact of consent to receive an SMS notification is confirmed by a receipt, in which, along with the data on the participant in the proceedings and his consent to notification in this way, the mobile phone number to which it is sent is indicated.
A receipt of consent to notification via SMS with a mobile phone number is provided to the court of 1st instance when a relevant application is submitted to the court, at the first appearance at the court session, when preparing the case for the court session.
