COVID-19
In connection with the unfavorable epidemiological situation on the territory of the Perm Territory and in order to prevent the spread of a new coronavirus infection (COVID-19), in accordance with the order of the Kochevsky District Court of the Perm Territory No. 32 dated July 26, 2021, the following rules for the stay of citizens in the Kochevsky District Court of the Perm Territory have been established :
The passage to the courthouse is carried out only in personal protective equipment (mask, gloves), with which the participants in the proceedings and visitors provide themselves.
Access to the court premises is possible only after monitoring the body temperature with a non-contact temperature measuring device.
It is not allowed to be in the courtroom:
- in the absence of a protective mask, gloves;
- in case of refusal to measure temperature;
- if a participant in a trial or a visitor is found to have a body temperature higher than 37.0 degrees Celsius;
- if there are signs of a new coronavirus infection (COVID-19) or symptoms of an acute respiratory viral illness.
Access to the courtroom (the judge's office used to consider cases (materials)) of persons who are not participants in the proceedings may be restricted.
The admission of persons, participants in the process, visitors and other persons to the second floor of the building occupied by the Kochevsky District Court of the Perm Territory is restricted.

Powers of the District Court:
Review by of the first instance of the following categories of cases:
a) criminal cases, with the exception of cases referred by the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Russian Federation to the competence of higher courts; , 114_1 -116 Code of Civil Procedure of the RSFSR). In the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, where justices of the peace have not been appointed (not elected) to the office, cases within their competence are considered by the judges of the district courts alone. d) civil cases from administrative-legal relations. Such cases are considered on the basis of a citizen's complaint about unlawful actions (decisions) of state authorities, local self-government bodies, public bodies of local self-government, public organizations, officials;
• consideration and resolution of cases of administrative offenses subordinate to the courts;
• Reconsideration of civil cases based on newly discovered circumstances, in which the same court has previously issued a judgment;
• Verification of sentences and other court decisions of justices of the peace; cases on parole from serving a sentence, on the removal of a criminal record, etc.).

Notification via SMS is carried out only with the consent of the participant in the proceedings, that is, on a voluntary basis.
The fact of consent to receive an SMS notification is confirmed by a receipt, in which, along with information about the participant in the proceedings and his consent to notification in a similar way, the mobile phone number to which it is sent is indicated, as well as confirmation of the absence of blocking to receive messages from short numbers and letter recipients.
A participant in the proceedings has the right, at his discretion, to indicate any mobile phone number of any mobile operator operating in the territory of the Russian Federation, and will be considered notified from the moment an SMS message is received to the specified mobile phone number, which is indicated in the receipt.
A receipt confirming the consent of the participant in the proceedings to receive SMS notifications is selected at any stage of the proceedings (when filing an application with the court, when you first appear at the court session, when preparing the case for the court session, etc.), is attached by the court and is filed in a court case by the appropriate employee of the court apparatus.
