COVID-19
From October 26, 2021 Dobryansky District Court suspends work on the direct receipt of documents from citizens.
Documents can be submitted to the court in electronic form through the "Electronic Justice" service or on paper by mail.
Taking into account the Decree of the Governor of the Perm Territory of August 20, 2020 No. 121 "On measures taken in connection with the threat of the spread of a new coronavirus infection (COVID-2019) in the Perm Territory" (as amended on January 22, 2021) , personal reception of citizens by the leadership of the court has been suspended.
Participants of court hearings, when they are in the building of the Dobryanskiy District Court, must use personal protective equipment (protective masks).
In the absence of a protective mask, citizens will not be allowed into the premises of the court, including the courtrooms.
In addition, being in the building of the Dobryanskiy District Court, visitors must follow the recommendations of Rospotrebnadzor to comply with the rules of social distancing about a distance of at least one and a half meters between citizens. Powers of the district court
Consideration at first instance of the following categories of cases:
a) criminal cases, with the exception of cases referred to the jurisdiction of the higher courts by the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Russian Federation;
b) civil cases, with the exception of cases that are considered by justices of the peace, military and other courts (Articles 113, 114_1 -116 of the Code of Civil Procedure of the RSFSR). In the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, where justices of the peace have not been appointed (not elected), cases within their competence are considered by the judges of the district courts alone. In the case when, when several related claims are combined, the subject of the claim is changed or a counterclaim is filed, the new claims become subject to the jurisdiction of the district court, and the rest - to the magistrate, all claims are subject to consideration in the district court;
c) civil cases of special proceedings: cases on the establishment of facts of legal significance; on recognizing a citizen as missing and declaring him dead; on the recognition of a citizen as partially capable or incompetent; on the recognition of property as ownerless; on the establishment of the incorrectness of entries in the books of acts of civil status; on complaints against the actions of notaries and bodies performing notarial actions; on the restoration of rights to lost bearer documents. The peculiarity of such cases is that when considering them, the court does not resolve any dispute, but only decides on the establishment of any facts of legal significance;
d) civil cases from administrative-legal relations. Such cases are considered on the basis of a citizen's complaint about unlawful actions (decisions) of state authorities, local self-government bodies, public bodies of local self-government, public organizations, officials;
• consideration and resolution of cases of administrative offenses subordinate to the courts;
• Reconsideration of civil cases based on newly discovered circumstances, in which the same court has previously issued a judgment;
• Verification of sentences and other court decisions of justices of the peace; cases on parole from serving a sentence, on the removal of a criminal record, etc.).
The District Court is the immediately higher judicial instance in relation to justices of the peace acting in the territory of the respective judicial region.
